After more than 15 years working in design, one thing I’ve learned is how much an outside perspective can help. When you’re close to a decision—or busy keeping everything running—it can be hard to see the full picture.

I started One Step Fwd to help people and small businesses figure out what comes next.

For people working in design, I offer space to think out loud, work through uncertainty, and explore what you want from your career and life. In my own career, only a few managers provided the mentorship that helped me grow. Often, I had to find that support elsewhere. That experience shapes how I coach today: as a sounding board who asks thoughtful questions, offers useful frameworks, and helps you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

For small-business owners, I bring that same outside perspective to your website, customer experience, and everyday tools. When you’re doing a little of everything, figuring out why customers aren’t booking—or why a simple task takes so much work—can become one more thing on your list. I help you understand what’s getting in the way and make practical improvements that save time and make it easier for customers to do business with you.
